Bonnie and the Clydes is one of the most entertaining bands to watch. The connection and energy that they facilitate with the audience are breathtaking, and seeing the band perform once is enough to turn you into a life-long fan. From festival stages to intimate house concerts, Bonnie and the Clydes are creating a grassroots movement with their inspirational Rocky Mountain Country Soul.

Bonnie and Taylor Sims are the creative minds behind Bonnie and the Clydes. Bonnie is the band’s lead vocalist and is also a multi-instrumentalist. Her live performances are a favorite among many fans because of her enthusiasm and exuberance on stage. Bonnie is a charging and charged performer, fronting a driving and driven band whose soulful country style sometimes brings the audience to tears and often to their feet.

Bonnie Sims consistently puts on a dynamic and high-energy performance. She commands the stage with the natural aura of a very experienced songstress. By the time she was 27, Bonnie had already established herself as one of the most hard-working women of the contemporary music era, doing most of the managing and booking for the band. She sings with a glorious voice that’s too commanding for her petite 5-foot body, belting to the back row whenever she has heart and soul. Her energy is undeniable and infectious. Bonnie makes it impossible to sit still and easy to love, be it a peel-the-paint country rocker or an emotional evoking ballad.

Other members of Bonnie and the Clydes include Taylor Sims on vocals and electric guitar, Jake Coffin on drums, and Caleb Roberts on bass guitar. In addition to Taylor’s vocal and electric guitar contribution to Bonnie and the Clydes, he and his wife Bonnie also pool their songwriting talents together to create most of the tunes that characterize the distinctive Bonnie and the Clydes sound.
